I gotta work out. I keep saying it all the time. I keep saying I gotta start working out. It's been about two months since I've worked out. And I just don't have the time. Which uh..is odd. Because I have the time to go out to dinner. And uh..and watch tv. And get a bone density test. And uh.. try to figure out what my phone number spells in words.

I stopped saying 'i gotta back into the gym' 2 months ago and i pheel... g-gr-grEAT!
Not only does following thru on what I say feel good but it's amazing how staying fit has helped reinstate my confidence as well
I'm LUVn how I look and pheel inside and out... i am even smiling more
I'm addicted now- I look forward to doing more so I can see more results in and outside of the gym
